Also contained in this recent image release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
